Step 1 - - Reach out by email with the basic details of your project. If you can, please include photos of your windows, existing furniture, or space you're needing custom seating for. Also, inspiration photos or a link to your Pinterest board.
Step 2 (or 1) - - Every project begins with a phone call to collect information regarding the space, your vision for it and your wants and needs; as well as discuss your budget.
Step 3 - Home Visit - Fabric Selection and Measuring - Based on information gathered from our initial call, fabric books and samples are carefully chosen to bring to your home to start the fabric selection process, and discuss the details of hardware and finishings. All required measurements are taken.
Step 4 - You will be provided a detailed quote.
Step 5 - Upon receipt of the deposit, fabric and hardware are ordered and full specifications are sent to the workroom, with detailed instructions. For re-upholstery, arrangements are made for pick-up of existing pieces.
Step 5 1/2 - Progress Reports - because Covid-related delays are unpredictable.
Step 6 - Delivery and installation of finished products.
